Our history

In 2015, observing that the recognition systems are not adapted to business transformation and can be demotivating for the employees, Faustine Duriez, former consultant in change management, imagined the concept of recognition between colleagues through an intrapreneurship project organized by her company, AXA.


Under the name I TAG YOU, her idea won the hackathon and she launched it at AXA Banque with success : 86% of the employees are using it and 97% are very satisfied with it after 5 months of implementation. 2 years later, they are still 85% to use it actively. The concept won 2 prizes as a managerial innovation : the Collaborative Enterprise Award (November 2016) and the Argus d’Or (March 2017).

Suddenly, click ! Faustine decided to leave AXA in July 2016 to consolidate her concept and create Cocoworker, a human skills recognition program to help employees enhance and develop their soft skills with innovative companies.
