Cocoworker was born out of an observation made by its founder, Faustine Duriez, when she was a Change Management Consultant at AXA:
there is no tool for relational purposes that allows you to maintain harmonious and fulfilling relationships between people. Yet our work has a crucial relational dimension since we never work alone. To be effective, we need to get along well with our colleagues and our manager, and we must evolve in an environment of trust.
Faustine thus created Cocoworker in 2017, after having successfully experimented with intrapreneurship at AXA Bank under the name of I TAG YOU. Her idea: allow everyone to promote what is done well in the company to develop positive attention to others and promote exemplary behavior in a participatory way.
